BPEC Seed is a group within BPEC that considers potential investment in early-stage companies (usually SEIS qualifying and ideally advanced assurance approved).
What is an Enterprise Investment Scheme? Enterprise Investment Schemes were launched in 1994 to replace Business Expansion Schemes.
Founded in 2016, BPEC is an organisation that introduces high-net worth individuals to local early-stage businesses looking for capital.
The Club works closely with local Universities, incubators and business leaders to seek out interesting opportunities that will appeal to our diverse group of members. We then work with those business owners to understand what capital requirement they have to expand and grow their businesses
Becoming a member
Our members are angel investors who have a net worth of at least one million pounds and an annual income of at least two hundred thousand individually or three hundred thousand jointly with a spouse.
