The Bristol Private Equity Club (BPEC)

Founded in 2016, BPEC is an organisation that introduces high-net worth individuals to local early-stage businesses looking for capital.

The Club works closely with local Universities, incubators and business leaders to seek out interesting opportunities that will appeal to our diverse group of members. We then work with those business owners to understand what capital requirement they have to expand and grow their businesses.

All of BPEC’s opportunities utilise the SEIS and EIS Government initiatives that offer some of the most attractive tax breaks available in the UK. Our typical investments are seed funding/series A investments of between £150k – £500k.
